Membership Application A membership application must be completed for any individual or entity seeking tenant screening services through Nationwide Background Checks. Scan and email completed application to our office at info@mynwbc.com. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt. (Log in credentials will not be issued without an approved application and a signed end-user agreement.)

Release Form A completed release form must be obtained from each person you request a background screening through Nationwide Background Checks. You will be required to either maintain completed forms in a secure location, or forward them to our office for processing, depending on your account setup. Scan and email completed application to our office at info@mynwbc.com. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt.
